All items are designed exclusively by me and are either handmade or professionally produced. I use local printers when possible and ship with environmentally friendly packaging. Processing & tracking:
I package orders within 5 business days. You'll receive an email notification once your order is ready for shipment. Tracking is provided (except for small sticker orders), it may take up to 48 hours for tracking info to update.
Estimated delivery times:
United States orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days. Canadian orders arrive within 1-3 weeks. These are estimates and are not guaranteed, please allow for extra time around holidays.
International shoppers:
Currently I can only offer shipping to US and Canada. Any duties, import fees, or taxes are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer. Because international shipping fees and regulations are continually changing, full worldwide shipping is too difficult for me to keep up with at this time. (Sorry, I'm just one person running my shop!)
Shipment issues:
If your order is undeliverable and returned due to an incorrect address, you'll need to pay the shipping fee again to re-deliver to a new address. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit I will work with the shipper to investigate, but a replacement or refund is not guaranteed. Changes cannot be made once a package is out of my hands so double check that your info is entered correctly during checkout.
📄 Shop Policies
All sales are final, I cannot accept returns or exchanges. Every item is checked for quality but may have slight variations. I try to represent my products accurately in photos, but colors may appear differently on different screens. If you have any questions about your order please don't hesitate to contact me! I want you to be happy with my products and will do my best to resolve any issues.
Your privacy matters to me and your information is used only for shipping your order or contacting you in the event of an issue. This shop uses SSL which provides a layer of security when you enter your info at checkout. Payments are securely processed by Paypal or Stripe.
