📦 Processing & Tracking:
I process and package orders within 5 business days. You'll receive an email notification once your order is ready for shipment. Tracking is provided (except for small sticker orders), it may take up to 48 hours for tracking info to update.
⏱️ Estimated Delivery Times:
United States orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days once shipped. Canadian orders arrive within 1-3 weeks. These are estimates and are not guaranteed, please allow for extra time around holidays or during extreme weather events.
✈️ International Shipping:
Currently I can only offer shipping to US and Canada. Fees and regulations are continually changing and it's too difficult to keep up with full worldwide shipping at this time. (Sorry, I'm just one person running my shop!) Any international duties, tariffs, or taxes are not included in the cost and are your responsibility upon arrival.
❗️Shipment Issues:
If your package is lost or damaged during transit I will work with the shipper to investigate, but a replacement or refund is not guaranteed. You may need to provide additional information (i.e. photos of damaged packaging) so please hang on to all items and packaging. If your order is undeliverable and returned due to an incorrect address, you'll need to pay the shipping fee again to send to a new address. Please double check that your info is entered correctly during checkout and contact me immediately if you notice a mistake and I'll be happy to update. Changes cannot be made after a package is out of my hands.
💻 Digital Products:
A download link will be provided on your order receipt sent to the email used during checkout. The link remains active as long as the product exists in my shop. If you have any problems accessing or downloading files, let me know!
